Kids are definitely the biggest benefactors of a snow storm: 1 week off of school, enuf snow to entertain you for hours, enuf snow to freeze your extremities making it necessary for lots of hot cocoa and fun activities for inside the house with mom and also dad because he had the week off too.

how fun! at least you are doing fun stuff with them, even though they are stuck there with you! hang in there..not too much longer till spring..i really do feel for you.
Hey, could you sent some of your snow this way and quit keeping it all for yourselves?? I gotta drive 2 hrs to get to any around here.
I love the house on top of ALL THAT SNOW! Hope you got some good pictures (that would make a cute Christmas card). Looks like the kids had a lot of fun!
That's a lot of snow! Desiree's right - that would make a cute Christmas card. We wish we had more snow here especially in the mountains or we could see a real drought this summer. Your kids are going to all be great pastry chefs!
